The Latiwedge telescope pier wedge is a custom made wedge specifically designed for your latitude. Unlike other telescope pier wedges that can be adjusted in latitude. The Latiwedge eliminates the guess work on whether your wedge is truly set at the correct angle. Since the Latiwedge comes to you already set for your latitude, the guesswork is eliminated. Latitude adjustment mechanisms cause a wedge to become unsteady due to the movement at the pivot point. Since the Latiwedge is already set for your latitude, the latitude adjustment mechanism is not needed, thus eliminating the unsteadiness, yielding a much more rock solid design

Features of the Latiwedge

• All aluminum construction and stainless steel fasteners.

• Cable recess slots on wedge body allow you to tuck away loose wires from other accessories such as ccd cameras etc. Giving you a cleaner look for your setup.

• Azimuth adjustment slots and pivot pin with bushing.

• Can be modified for other latitudes by switching our latitude risers if you should ever move to another location.
